You will gain firsthand knowledge of what many managers want their owners to know and experience. Join us for this special event specifically designed for owners as we help you sharpen the saw in the areas of communication, planning and management, assertiveness, and conflict management. You will leave with the models, processes and examples to take back to your team.You will also be supporting the supervisors that you have or will be sending to this training. By attending this training, you will ensure consistency in your management practices and promote a high performance team and drama free environment from the top down. With the right support and positive environment, everyone can experience amazing positive growth!
